Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is:

Damaged or defective on arrival

Not functioning properly

Missing essential components

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
 

Varjo GPS ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be dispatched within 24 hours, except on Sundays and National Holidays.

For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery is usually completed within 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipping. (Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.)
For locations not covered by standard courier services, products will be shipped through alternative logistics partners and delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination.

In certain situations, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen or unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control. Varjo GPS shall not be held liable for such delays and kindly requests customers to cooperate in these circumstances. We continuously work to minimize such instances.

Varjo GPS reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion if delivery takes longer than the usual timeframe or if the shipment becomes physically untraceable. In such cases, the full amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to the customer’s original payment source.
